Sometimes Innodev’s clients identify a critical skills gap in their internal teams and seek skilled practitioners to plug that gap.  As the client does not already possess the skills internally, they are typically seeking resources that can operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence.  Often learning new skills as a by-product of the engagement is as important as the task at hand.

Innodev’s highly skilled practitioners are experienced in guiding clients in how to best use the skills they bring as well as in the coaching and training of client resources.  Through reach-back into the wider Innodev Tribe they have access to all the skill sets necessary for the successful upskilling of client teams.
